@jldriver02 Yeah. I think it's because they originalyl wanted to make gyrados dragon/flying instead of water/flying or something. It was weird.

FYI people used to use chickens to battle each other for gambling reasons in the 1800s. These game chickens would battle each other to death in small pits in the ground. Therefore, I believe that it is reasonable that a chicken can kick a monkeys butt. True story.

@SponTavious i don't understand how a fighting type pokemon can learn flying attacks, but even if infernape stays the best because of it's unmatched speed and it's a sinnoh pokemon.

The reason Blaziken won here was because of infernapes move choice, he is naturally faster and could have easily earthquaked for the KO or even weakened it so much that the brave bird would have caused the draw.

In the sinnoh dex it is said that infernape's speed is unmatched and it's martial arts style is special than all other fighting type pokemon.

Blaziken can learn Brave Bird, but Infernape would kill it with Acrobatics.

@jldriver02 That happens a lot. Did you know emboar can use scald? Gyrados can use flamethrower AND thunderbolt? It's weird the moves they put on some poke's
