Mike Waldt For my next Live what would you like me to do? (4 years ago)

Mike Waldt Live Demo tonight 7th. March at 19.30 UK time, I'll be starting a hollow form from a large Ash Crotch, or should I say "attempting to" 🙂 Hope to see you there. (4 years ago (edited))

Mike Waldt I am thinking of doing a Live Q & A next Sunday 20th September covering the most common questions I get asked, and showing the answers where possible, then some time at the end for more questions that may arise, and also ones I haven't covered. this would obviously be of more interest to the newer turner, but would be great if the more experienced turners present could add their views (in the chat) as well. What do you all think? I'd really appreciate a simple Yes or No reply to help me gauge if it's a good idea or not. Thanks (5 years ago)

Mike Waldt For my first Live stream what would you prefer: A : Beginners Q & A with demoed answers where possible B : Beginners Project. (5 years ago)

People like you make the internet, and specifically You Tube, worthwhile.  If this stuff went viral, rather than some capricious display of idiocy, I would have much more faith in the future of humanity.  Thank you for taking the time to tutor me in the fine art of turning.

Thanks Mike! Another excellent tutorial. You have a talent for explaining things clearly. Having people like yourself, Carl, Captain Eddie, Alan, Sam, Larry, Robbie etc... it makes the learning curve so much faster. Very much appreciated!

I appreciate the fact that you gave certain instructions based on the idea that some people won't have the tools that others have. It's a very thoughtful approach.
