you will find edgar when you open the npc list in the object window. there is an entry called "EdgarVautrine", all entries are ordered alphabetically. click on it and you will see information about him, his inventory, his spell list where the new spell needs to be copied into and more.

Dude, excellent tutorial. It helped me out so much. Although you need to be clearer on certain aspects like "Go to interiors,ICMarketDistrict' then look on the third column and it should list the shops, THEN select edgars discount spells"

getting to edgar (1:20) can be done way faster, just select 'npc' in the list of stuff to eddit and then press e until you are at edgar's name dubble klick on him and there you go.

Having tried this now, doing exactly what you said. He still isnt selling the spell i created. And yes i have enabled it in the data files.
