To me what made Venomous and Boxman work in the series was even know Boxman felt like a outcast and seen as a joke by the villain despite trying to get their approval Venomous was the only one who saw Boxman potential and knew he had what it took to be a villain which is a realistic as your seen as a joke by others but respected and admired by someone else but the message with Boxman is you cant please everyone and know that there people who still care and respect you
