Hi and thank you for your comments. Mangchi is the internet name of the wonderful lady who inspired me to have a go at cooking Korean food. In this case, Mangchi means 'hammer'. LOL

Oh yes, inside of me is the tiger heart of an ajumma! I'm a Korean Studies graduate (I graduated with a BA Hons from Sheffield University). But even before I went to university I was obsessed with the place! ^__^
