Have you guys ever heard of Pomodoro Timer?
It’s a thing where you work/study/do what you gotta do for 25 minutes and then take a break for 5-15 minutes. It’s apparently one of the best ways to maintain focus without just forcing yourself to stay on track. I know because my mom told me about it and I have AuDHD, and I thought it might help you guys not stress out so much with whatever work stuff you might have
