This is one of many things that I miss about fallout, build specialization. The gun may look cool but if you don’t invest enough perks, there is a 99% chance that some giant gecko gonna clap you.

did you forget the lever action shotgun exists? combined with shotgun surgeon and cowboy you can ruin enemies even at high levels with better ammo thanks to GRa

Best playstyle. Taking on the Legion base with nothing but your revolver of choice (mine was Lucky), the Medicine Stick, and a crapton of dynamite is so much fun.

Went with the Alchestbreach preset and did the most badass play-through, Fallout New Vegas being a western puts it way up there in my opinion.

My preferred cowboy set up is with two mods, Buffed Lucky and Fanning Revolver animation. It boosts the firing speed of hip fired revolvers, and when using buffed Lucky, you can take out a small gang in but a few seconds

I like taking Chance’s Knife with a cowboy build, since its damage is effected by the cowboy perk AND the Grunt perk. Plus u can do a hybrid Cowboy Grunt build, parring the Ranger Sequoia, Chance’s Knife and the Survivalist Rifle.

Theres a Mod that fix the cowboy perk and even add more shotgun like Dinner Bell and some knives that was missing in the perk multiplyer dmg.
