If there's one thing Bethesda did right on Fallout 4, it's how chaotic Boston is. In every other Fallout game, there's always a sort of organization feeling with how enemies are distributed in specific areas, the only real time they fight without player intervention is through scripted sequences. Not in Boston, though. In Boston you've got raiders across the street from Super Mutants, a BOS Vertibird hit-squad swooping in to kill Synths. A Gunner encampment besieged by ghouls. If you've got the Automatron DLC, there's a high likelihood of some Rust Devils or Mechanist robots to come wandering through.

i like the mod that allows you to have Dogmeat and someone else in your party. Sole should always have a doggo.
