Why did not one neighbor file a noise complaint for any of this when they repeatedly would call for something as normal as music during the day in months prior? So insane to think that basically the whole town was complicit and silent.

This is definitely beyond a reasonable doubt info. I pray Anne Taylor has this. My heart aches for these beautiful victims. May they RIP. One has to assume Hunter Chapin didn't at the very least didn't know what was taking place.
