Welcome aboard!
Here you'll usually find videos about: model train restorations - model train hauls - visiting train stores pretty much everywhere - visiting railway related artifacts - un-boxings and some mild rail fanning. I've been model railroading since 2006 and have been a train fan my whole life.
Thank You for visiting!

Hope everyone is having a good New Year so far! Chloe & myself were at the cottage where we brought out her grandfather’s Lionel set. It hadn’t run in 15 years but I got it fired up without too much trouble. Lots of smiles for those who remember it fondly and from the young ones who were seeing it for the first time 🚂 nothing brings people together like a train set 😄

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all the veterans out there for your service. It's an honour to have the freedoms we do and I don't take it for granted. I appreciate every one of you who put your country before yourself to protect the free world 🪖🎖️

Our Sookie also known as Nerf Cat has passed on to the great beyond. He did so peacefully in his family home on the afternoon of October 27th surrounded with the loving care of me, my mom, dad and sister.
Ever since that warm spring day in 2009 when he showed up he has brought joy to our lives every single day as he did for so many of you on the channel too. Little heart of gold but also a fighter who amazed us every time we thought it was over.
After a long fulfilled life of over 17 years he has moved on to a better place. He will be missed dearly. He always wanted to be involved with whatever was going on, he spent countless hours hanging out in the basement as I tinkered on things and all he wanted in return was a few good scratchins behind the ears every so often.
Never seen a cat quite like him, I don't think I ever will again. Fly high my little buddy, you did as much good as any cat could have possibly done for this world ❤️🕊️ ~ Sookie 2008 - 2025

The small 4 window caboose with the center cupola are models of the Northeastern caboose that was used by ConRail predecessor roads.

The American flier Hudson is the gem of that group. I'd love to restore that one.
