The way it eats that thing...It reminds me of the squid or of the famous Kraken from mythology and subsequent works of art.

Nope, they can't feel either. Feeling requires a central processing unit, which they lack. They just react to an input, similar to dead frog's muscles.

I suspect this one came from a lake in central Michigan, as did the cyclops. They're found just about anywhere, though, as I've found them in lakes and ponds from various states in the Midwest.

Do they feel or think ? . how they die ? feel pain and death ?.

@dhaval007mca IIRC, both the hydra and the cyclops have nerves and/or a nervous system, but neither have much of a brain. They can feel but "think" is probably pushing it. If it makes you feel better, I suspect the cyclops was already injured or dead before I put it in with the hydra, and the hydra was put back in the jar of water.

@jackhorncool They are copepods, a subclass of crustaceans, basically tiny crustaceans like shrimp only structured differently. The cyclops are named because they have one primitive eye in the center of the body. If you search for "copepod cyclops" you'll get more information than you might ever want. :)
