Yes, if its something minor, but you can edit certain sprites to look like something, but its still programmed a certain way to do a specific thing.

i have seen a mario world game before in my dream where there was 35 levels in each world and the game was layed out totally differently i wish it could really happen though

For those who wanted it playable, I believe there is a ROM hack of it out there, I don't know where to get it but I know It's like Super Mario World Beta Four or something, and a user of youtube named Goron50 Let's Played it.

Yes, the full map is done, but getting it playable will take some work. That's the part I need help with. If you could help with the Lunar Magic part, that would help alot.
