GeckoAnims New Profile Picture :D These are some Characters from my old Roleplay Arc, before I revamped my Discord Server due to some drama related to the Dimension C Discord Server from ‪@Neighbourhood_Gardener‬ (You should check it out btw, it's really well done). You will probably see them all in a planned Origin Series, as one of them appears in The Stickverse too, though under a different Appearance. I know, you're probably asking yourself "What drama is he talking about?". Well, I'll tell you: I first joined the Dimension C Discord Server on June 15th 2023, and quickly began to like it. For a few weeks, nothing interesting happened, I found a few friends on there, I roleplayed a lot, etc. I even became part of the Staff Team. Then, after I introduced a Character named Kara to the Server, who wanted to kill one of my other Characters due to some reasons which would go far too in-depth now, but long story short: Kara killed a LOT of OCs on that server, before ultimately being stopped by Nexus, her enemy, who died in the process of killing her. Then, on July 20th 2023, I managed to scrape together enough Money to buy a Soul Stone, and revive Nexus. I'm not defending my following action, but it was late, and I was dumb and stupid, and I wanted to announce the Server's first Revival. I however made the fatal mistake of using the @everyone Ping. Fortunately for me, ‪@Neighbourhood_Gardener‬ was nice enough not to ban me, even though I deserved it already, and instead stripped me of my Staff Role. Fair enough. A week before that, I started making my own, private Discord Roleplay Server, and after being stripped of my Staff Rank I continued that, having more time to spend on it due to not having as much Responsibilities in Dimension C. I really liked Dimension C, so I took inspiration for most of the Systems, even copying some word by word, planning to change them up later. Another fatal mistake of mine. Turned out it is not a good Idea to steal someone elses hard work, even if it's just a private project between friends, and meant to be a temporary solution. Then, on August 1st 2023, my job training started, and I suddenly had way less time to RP. In combination with that, my Creativity suffered a lot from the excess use of Brain Power. So, I did another fatal mistake in Dimension C. Because of it not being directly forbidden, I used the quite small and unknown AI Text Generator "ChatGPT", maybe you heard of it. I used it to write Training Posts, as I could not bring up the power to write these chunks of text myself. They added a rule because of me :,) Anyway, after that, my own Discord Server got pushed into focus more by my friends, and it got checked out by numerous Dim C Members, who all reported the same thing: It's a blatant Dim C Ripoff And the worst thing was that they were technically right, as I still hadn't had the opportunity to redo the Systems, besides they still worked an awful lot like Dimension C Well, after that, our dear ‪@Neighbourhood_Gardener‬ has had enough (I don't blame him honestly), and banned me from Dimension C, which was to me like a punch in the face. I liked Dimension C, and while I certainly wasn't the best behaving Member I never meant to harm anyone. So, I dug out my 2nd Account, and brought 'em on there. I closed off my server, and wanted to RP with this second, new account. However, someone from my server invited someone from Dimension C, who saw me talking about having my Second Account on Dim C, and told the Dim C Community. That lead to everyone who was on my server either getting banned from Dimension C, or forced to leave my Server, which is a petty decision in my eyes. All Decisions before that went against me only, which was fair, because I was the one causing trouble. But the others, who did nothing except support me and my server, they got dragged into it and punished. And that is where I draw the line. You can punish the responsible ones all you want, as long as the punishment fits the crime. But dragging innocents into the matter and punishing them too is something inacceptable. (2 years ago)
