it proved wrong for me...there was no fizz while testing but in ultrasound yesterday came to know am carrying a boy....

I never know how accurate these are lol. But I did this with my last pregnancy and had a small fizz like this and it was a BOY!

It only works if the baking soda is fresh like just opened. Thats why so many false results.

I would say its just fizzes/foams if you have a lot of acid in your pee.

Okay. So I decided to do this for fun to humor myself. Did this....my god. It looked liked I had the biggest head on the top of beer haha. Hoping for a boy, so who knows!

Okay so I did this AFTER I found out the gender of my baby (even though that was 3 weeks ago). Anyways, I'm having a girl. And I was skepticle of this test but just did it a few moments ago and there was no fizz. The darn thing was right lol.
