There's concept art for Amy you missed that is only shown on the wiki's page for her Manga counterpart, but that concept art is also for "Amy Rose" as a character in general. As she was designed by Naoto Ohshima and Kazayuki Hoshino in general, but introduced in the manga first while CD was still in development.

Amy is unchanged because she debuted in a manga. Her unused concepts would be in the material of THAT.

Silver and Infinites' concept arts are the coolest to me, they're so wild and varied, some of they could be their own separate characters.
