For the butler creek caps ypu want size 17 and you put it on OVER the sacrificial lens.

could you mate a compass to the sacrificial lense? You'd have to thread out your lense to put in the compass/lense combo.

Just wanted to say not all those 37mm iris things are built the same. i bought one on amazon and it rattled and shined. im sure other people sell good ones but the one from excalibor on ebay has been good to me. ive bought two now.

Whats the impact rating on those sacr for the iris? Will it resist to a bb impact of 500 plus fps? Also whats the front size increase after installing this (from the lenses to the end of the "tarsier eclipse"). Since i use an ecoti device i need to know if i have space enough.

Does the UV filter protective lens blocks some light? because it is not the same a uv filter and a clear cover.
