I have heard buzzing or banging sounds, sometimes nothing at all...just silence. This sounds more like a soundtrack to a horror film lol

Man, this makes me glad that my own sleep paralysis experiences aren't this freaky. I do tend to hear the heartbeat and humming noises, and I've only heard the eerie screeching on occasion, but I've never experienced it all at once.

ive had sleep paralysis since i was a kid also and still have it quite frequently. Ive never made it to the point of letting go and going with it to have a OBE. Everyone keeps saying to not be afraid and let go. but when its actually happening with full on noises, voices, seeing dark figures and all.....its not that simple.
