There is so much going on all over the planet. I woke up this morning to see a news report of more small wars taking place. I closed my eyes and reminded myself that this too shall pass. I will not give up. I will not give in to despair. The greatest wars that many of us will fight are the wars that we have within ourselves. Although there is nothing that I can do to stop the wars taking place in the world I can definitely do my best to stop the wars going on inside of me. I can be kinder, softer, more patient with myself, and patient with others. The greatest war many of us will have are the battles within our own Souls.
