Addressing it
So yes, the rumours are true. I made a lot of mistakes, and rightfully so cuz I havenโt always been honest with what I do. I havenโt always been consistent either. Most of the time I act without thinking about how it affects others, and I stay up very late at night cuz these things actually haunt me
I shared things without thinking about what they really meant [I only did it for sharingโs sake]. I picked when to speak up and only joined in when it worked for me. The content wasnโt truly important to me, and I get how it came off as fake, uncaring, or insincere [cuz I normally donโt post about it and my main shtick is โfunny, casual, jokeโ]. I didnโt take the content or the whole point of the posts seriously, and that wrong on my part
I really fucked up posting about SH on a public platform. It wasnโt for attentionโs sake at all but I see why people think it was. I failed to consider how it would affect others, and I feel so bad for it cuzโฆ I let my emotions get the better of me
I also donโt handle accountability well. When I get confronted by my own friends, my first instinct is to explain instead of owning. True, I also get really defensive when called out, and sometimes my apologies arenโt even real apologies [cuz part of me wants all of it to end]. But this is different
I wasnโt honest about my usage of AI [even if itโs for therapeutic purposes]. I should have been more honest about it, and I shouldnโt have shared those posts hating on it completely cuz it makes it look like I actually am against all forms of AI when in reality itโs only the images and slop
No, I am not looking for pity or forgiveness this time. I hurt so many people here and damaged trust. So itโs understandable if you donโt want to be friends with me any more
But what happens next is all up to you. I love you all so much and I wish I could undo all the damage Iโve caused on this community these past few weeks
[And before you say, โThis is 100% AIโ I wrote this all on my own. I even ran it through an AI detector and it was 2% meaning it was human written]
