Joey was actually smarter and more switched on than people give him credit for, not only did he find out about Monica & Chandler first, when Rachel was pregnant and living with him he was the only one who noticed Ross was feeling bad about missing out, and when Ross was about to give up his apartment when Emily was about to move to NYC from London ... he was the ONLY friend who spoke up about Ross' unhappiness. Joey was more than just a pretty face ... he was everything a friend should be ️
