Fast and Poison Headcrabs severely destroy all mental capacity/intelligence of their hosts, resulting in their animalistic/incoherent noises. Pretty much all you can make out is their agony while being controlled by their parasites.

The first time I saw the poison zombie from this elevator, my dumb ass thought "is that a crazy survivor wearing a cage to protect himself against headcrabs?? And then he threw that "cage" at me. And only then was I conditioned to dread them.

I always found it interesting that when LiliaTV is met with a challenging scenario her go to is always grenades! (and usually it works!)
