It's not just dizziness and being "scary" it's that you feel like puking your guts out as well. The nausea is off the charts.

I had a terrible bout of vertigo once and I was spinning so fast I didn't think I could even do it, but miraculously I was able to get into position and as my body finished rotating over itself the vertigo was COMPLETELY GONE. The spinning never returned and it was like someone pressing a reset button. The biggest challenge was building up the nerve to do the maneuver because I expected it to make me worse in all honesty and I already felt so terrible.

I have had vertigo only three days (compared to others on here) but it's been hell. I thought my life in my 70s must be over - and yet I had been cycling, walking and exercising every day! - and then in desperation I googled for a remedy ... Dr Foster must be an angel. I did the exercise only once and it's gone! Instead of being scared to even lie down, I'm looking forward to my pillow tonight. Thank you will all my heart, doctor!

Why would you spin the camera around going down stairs when people who have vertigo ( like me) might be viewing this? Isn’t it bad enough to have it without making it worse for those who need to know the maneuver?

Sudden vertigo outta nowhere for no reason and my bf had it first he touched me now im experiencing this shitt spirits travel… smh
