How do you have "facts" when you're stating that they benched a guy for attitude problems without having a clue if coaches said that? Lol.

I lived in Stillwater, after seeing Gundy's press conference, I would cancel my subscription to the paper and buy season tickets.

Gundy's tirade will never be forgotten in my lifetime. Its so perfect. I'll be as kind as I can ---- Carlson isnt a very good writer, overreacts to almost everything, and hurts the college teams she covers. That said, she kinda set the stage for this classic rant.

Pretty much sums up journalists as a whole.

I did read the article and apparently she thinks she is "untouchable" because she is a female sports writer and can say hurtful and embarrassing things about an college athlete without having to bother to get her story straight. Hell, this is the biggest thing that has happened in her pathetic career and she is sucking up the attention for all its worth. BTW, I am a sports fan and I am female.

It is true that he threatened to transfer, but don’t ever go after an amateur athlete like that. Go after someone that gets paid to do his/her job and isn’t living up to expectations. And it’s very juvenile to quote, “ His mother was feeding him chicken”. If I was Bobby Reid’s mom, I would’ve sued her ass.

If it was an opinion that Mike Reid was benched because of his attitude, then she clearly should have stated that as her opinion. Otherwise she should not have printed that story. The problem is that whenever there is unknown info about a topic, reporters try to fill in the blanks on their own. That is not cool.
