Scotch 3M Videocassette Tape 1980s High Grade Series
To see 3M's Patented VHS Head Cleaner made during the Analog Television days, click the following Link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ssz3...
The American multinational conglomerate 3M Company originally called the Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Company began advertising for Blank Videocassette tapes as far back as 1983 to compete in the videocassette tape market with major international technology corporations like competitors the German company BASF and TDK.
Scotch 3M Videocassette Tapes prevailed selling multiple formats and video products.
In the 1980s I had switched from other video tape products like BASF to Scotch 3M for their superior recordable playback quality in the T-120 and T-160 and was always received from 3M St. Paul Minnesota, MN in the mail countless blank labels for Videocassette tapes for Free whenever sending in those Scotch 3M "Proof of Purchase" Tabs on the back of their VHS Blank cassette boxes.
My family and I still had purchased many other brands, but Scotch and many other leading brands manufactured superior recoding playback.
A retrospective for those '80s VCR recording junkies better known as "Tape Heads". These were 4 familiar Videocassette Tapes on VHS Format from the late 1980s and early 1990s EG, High Grade and PHG (Performance High Grade) Series: including that vintage gold sealed Scotch 3M U.S. Patented #3978520 Videocassette Tape Head Cleaner ideal for any distorted cassette tape playback.

"No? You WATCH me!" Roy deserved an Oscar for this film. Car stuff aside, the script, the direction, the cast and the characters they created make this one of the best of the indie NY crime-realism genre.

I'm an undertaker in Chicago. The funeral scene is very realistic. The hearse is known as a "Chicago Grey" color combination. Black over grey rear-loader. Even the coffee lounge was complete with an overflowing ashtray, anise cookies and fresh coffee.

Thumbs up to The Seven-Ups and the 9 minute car chase. It's the best I've seen yet.

I think of this movie whenever I go through a car wash. This movie wouldn't be complete without the grit of 1970's New York. Graffiti, litter, abandoned cars and ice houses.

Saw this in the theatre when it was new. Seen it several times . Never gets boring. Love New York in the 70s, best time to be there . I was .

The movie is really great of course, but I particularly keep falling in love with the music each time I replay it from the credits, especially at the ending... Another pure wonder by Don Ellis after his stunning work in The French Connection...

Back when we still had great actors and writers. Roy Schneider didn't get near the credit he should have for this role it was perfect for him. And Richard Lynch is always brilliant as that creepy bad guy and former SCCA driver Bill Hickman who also drove the 68 Dodge Charger in Bullitt 1968. It is a great movie one of my all time favorites thanks for posting.
