Tougher if fighting melee. More manageable with spellcasting capabilities, not any easier either personally. Seeing my Crystal Soul Spear take off 25% each successful hit on his bird’s face to accelerate his phase one felt good.

nameless is one of the best bosses in souls history, however i think slave knight gale wins as the best boss in DS3.
