After reading the novel and seeing this anime it really makes me super disappointed that the film doesn't feature the M.I suits. These designs were super close to what I envisioned when reading the book.

I love how they really did get the powered armour so accurate (the CGI films porray it as more like Master Chief from Halo or Iron MAn, but I think its got to be bulkier than that) but then they got the Bugs so , so wrong. How strange.

There's been many adaptations of Starship Troopers, but not once have the bugs had their own technology like they do in the book. They all go with biotech-only. I think that's interesting.
