We’re thrilled to welcome students from
@unoh_edu
into PowerNation's Engine Power shop with Pat and Frankie to build a race engine for their Motorsports Team. Guided by Paul Higgins, Dean of High Performance, the skilled students Nash Moore and Bret Bonkowski are assembling a 406ci Small Block Chevy spec’d out by Engine Power. This rule specific high-compression, solid roller engine, featuring cast iron cylinder heads and a stock-style HEI ignition, will power one of their dirt track stock cars and race at the school’s local dirt oval, Limaland Motorsports Park.
From the classroom to the racetrack, these students gain invaluable hands-on experience. We’re proud to be part of their journey as they prepare this engine for the track and dyno it right here in our shop. The future of motorsports is in great hands!

Very slick hybrid machine. That voiceover, music.and recaps every 7 minutes really dates the otherwise timeless how to piece.

The big tow mirrors are a MUST!! Those little bitty mirrors look terrible. The rest of the build looks awesome! Great work!
