Red is the first light wave we see so it's an attention grabber. Stores us red for "Sale" and other attention grabbing signs. Blue is calming and soothing to make u willing to pay for insurance.

Northern California is one of the most arid areas of the nation. It is only exceeded by southern California and its deserts. It is highly unlikely that any area of California outside of the County of San Joaquin with its delta river system would likely be flooded, unless a sudden torrential rain storm occurred. Flood insurance may be a wise thing to purchase, but fire insurance is even smarter. California is in a severe drought now, of almost biblical proportions.

Everyone don't coward down to FEMA we should all unite and fight back we can't let our fellow brothers and sisters get killed by the government who supposed to serve and protect us but are the cause to a lot of the problems and scares of world disasters never let them take wats yours defend your families and help other families always have good instincts about it all we can do from this point on we should always be ready for whatever happens fight my brothers and my sisters
