Her main channel, XxSoftxie_ChanxX, got rightfully terminated on YouTube for her endless violations, but that hasn't stopped her from popping up like a bad rash under new aliases.
I've gathered mountains of evidence from victimized Gachatubers who've been terrorized by this menace. We're talking harassment, cyberbullying, doxxing, impersonation, hateful rants, stealing OCs (original characters), and blatant copyright infringement. She targets young, innocent users—kids who just want to create fun content—turning their online world into a nightmare. Imagine logging in to find your personal info leaked, your designs ripped off without credit, or endless hate comments flooding your videos. That's her MO. Victims like Lime, Zonoka, Aïna, Becky Lee, and countless others have come forward with stories of unprovoked attacks. She spreads false info, adds people to "enemy lists," tags them in harassing posts, and even follows their subscribers to extend the torment. And don't get me started on her "friends" who enable this crap—they're just as guilty for jumping on the bandwagon.
This isn't just petty drama; it's a direct violation of Instagram, Discord, and YouTube's Terms of Service, especially their age requirements and community policies. YouTube doesn't mess around with cyberbullying or copyright strikes—she's racked up multiple, leading to those channel terminations. Previous accounts like @Softxie_Retired, @SoftxieAFP_lover, and @Softxie_and_EbruProductions are gone for good because of her antics. She lies about her age to skirt rules, but newsflash: pretending to be younger doesn't make your actions any less criminal. From my investigations, this behavior is straight-up toxic—copycatting designs, lacking any originality, and bullying for fun. It's cybercrime 101, and it needs to stop. They've been making false claims about collabs with two innocent Gachatuber victims, dragging them into their web without consent. Making fake music beats by ripping off someone else's work while pretending you're the original creator? That's theft, plain and simple. No permission, no credit—just straight plagiarism. These fakers think they can slap together beats from real artists and call it a "collab," but it's all lies to boost their pathetic egos and subs. The victims never agreed to any of this, and now their names are tainted by association.
I've studied up from online law libraries and legit law books—stuff like the DMCA for copyright, anti-cyberbullying statutes, and platform enforcement policies. Warning to all you wannabe harassers: strikes pile up fast, and termination is just the start. You could face legal action for defamation, doxxing (which is illegal in most places), or even civil suits from victims.
