I think pin getting out fairly soon makes sense for a writing perspective considering she hated bfdia, she had her reason already, and her making it super far or winning would be a clear reason to like the season for her

Pin is a pretty complex character. She went from a bossy and selfish person to a caring and nice one (BFDI-TPOT). She doesn't have multiple arcs, she has one that goes throughout the entire series.

In all fairness, not being able to speak, move, or even see for months would severely damage a person. As for Pin not being angry at Puffball, Puffball was already eliminated, so Pin couldn’t do anything to her. Plus, Puffball didn’t even want to take any limbs away, she only picked Pin because she stabbed PSB. Compare that to Ice Cube and Ruby, who did even worse things for petty reasons. Ice Cube took Pin’s face because Pin warned her about Match (and she was right, too), and Ruby was just stupid. No wonder she got out.

Tbh Pin is so popular that she can take control of the whole show

I think people can see it this way. During BFDIA, all of the freesmarters were like a closely-knit family who always stood up for each other. Just because Book hadn't directly done anything to Pin, she's been complicit, and if, say, Ruby was confronted head on for what she did, Book would probably rush in to defend her. It's the type of friendship they have, especially since Book hadn't distanced herself from freesmart yet.

Note that these two seasons are being taken in different timelines.

How shocking that being unable to talk or see for 3 months will actually affect someone's behavior

Also the end of pin’s face and limbs thing was kinda abrupt

What a suprise it's almost like getting your limbs extracted getting your face taken away and getting shrunk down in size for months would actually cause you to get mad!

the writers ruined pin

I mean I like it when pin is rude but the fact that she is mad at book for not wanting icecube to go swing with her doesn't make sense, if anyone should be pissed it should be book because pin legit pulled a knife on her about to kill her just to have someone she doesn't even talk to at all to go swing with her. Like what????

I'm not a Freesmart fan but I dislike her, she's just a bit overdramatic
