For those who grew up in the before times of the 1980s and 1990s, which was only a decade ago and I'll take no further input on this matter ;-), you might have wondered if the D.A.R.E program was effective... or, you know actually had the opposite effect given it taught kids an awful lot about all the drugs out there and their effects...
