Iran has summoned European ambassadors stationed in Tehran after the EU's designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist group.
Tehran’s foreign ministry said that “representatives of all EU member states that have an embassy in Tehran were summoned to the foreign ministry” on Feb 1 and 2.
"This is the smallest of measures" before other moves are announced, Baqaei told a foreign ministry press briefing.

Gaza's Rafah crossing opens for entry and exit of residents: Israeli security official
An Israeli security official said the key Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt was fully open for the entry and exit of residents on Monday, after its partial reopening a day earlier.
"As of this time, and following the arrival of the EUBAM teams on behalf of the European Union, the Rafah Crossing has now opened to the movement of residents, for both entry and exit," the official said, referring to a European border assistance mission.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met senior security officials after IDF Chief Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir returned from Washington, where he held talks with US officials on Iran.
An Israeli official said the meeting, attended by Defense Minister Israel Katz and Mossad chief David Barnea, was a security update following Zamir’s visit. Reports suggest the US is now closer to a possible strike on Iran, though the scope remains unclear.

Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned on Sunday (Feb. 1) of a "regional war" if the United States attacked following heavy military deployments by Washington in the Gulf.
"The Americans should know that if they start a war, this time it will be a regional war," Khamenei was quoted as saying by the Tasnim news agency.
