Today was such a fun day for both me and my friend
@spaceandtrains6626
as we were both out at the National Capital Trolley Museum to commemorate DC Transit Day. Here are some good shots of the streetcars that were out and running for today’s event. We initially had plans to head to the DC Auto Show tomorrow, but they sadly will be affected by Mother Nature. I expect to be back in the DMV Area in the next few weeks and maybe I’ll be able to go out transit fanning then.

Here are my final batches of photos that I got at Branch Avenue Station this past Saturday. The Prince George’s County Transit Buses were 2025 Gillig Low Floor Pluses 63007 and 63004 as well as 2011 Gillig Low Floor Advantages 62629 and 62636 respectively. The WMATA Metrobus was 2023 New Flyer XD40 4766 respectively. The WMATA Metrorail Trainset was an Alstom 6000 Series Trainset respectively. I hope to return to the southeastern portion of the Green Line in the near future, especially as I want to fan in other places like Anacostia Station, Congress Heights Station, Naylor Road Station, and Suitland Station.

I have some additional photos that I got from this past Saturday at Southern Avenue Station and at Branch Avenue Station. The PG County Transit Buses were 2022 ElDorado National E-Z Rider ll Bus Rapid Transit 63068, 2011 Gillig Low Floor Advantage 62630, and 2021 Gillig Low Floor BRT 63044 respectively. The WMATA Metrobuses were 2019 New Flyer XN40s 3264 and 3233, 2010 New Flyer DE42LFA 6520, 2020 New Flyer XN40s 3288 and 3309, and 2023 New Flyer XD40 4717 respectively. The WMATA Metrorail Trainset was a Alstom 6000 Series Trainset respectively.
