We get up to a lot of yummy cooking, daily real life and just all around spending time together as a family. That’s right we are a family who enjoys spending a lot of time together!

Hey CFL Family!! Unfortunately we are still battling being sick. We were starting to get better and it looked like we were on the mend but unfortunately it seems we are suffering a relapse and are sick once again. Gotta love this time of year! lol
Because of this, this week's regular scheduled video won't be out today. I am so sorry for any disappointment this may cause you all. I am hoping that maybe I might be able to get a video out sometime this week! So please make sure you have the notifications set so you don't miss out on that.
Thank you all for understanding and for all of your love and support. We truly do appreciate you all more than you will ever know! We hope you all will have an amazing week ahead!

Morning CFL Family! We are in for some really cold temps here in the Maritimes and extreme temps in Ontario (-50 C!!!). 🥶
All of this ahead of the massive storm that looks to hit Texas all the way up to us here on the East coast Sunday night through Tuesday evening. ☃️❄️
Please everyone who will be effected by this wonky weather stay safe and warm and make sure you're storm ready! Our thoughts and prayers will be with everyone! 🔥
And on a funny note I forsee a baby boom in late Sept early Oct thanks to this storm. Lol Hope that brought a smile to you all! 🤣

Hey CFL Family! It is just after 8 pm here at the CFL house and look what I was able to capture!!! This is using my old phone! They are visible by the naked eye too!!! Once I warm up (-9C with windchill -18 or 17 F with windchill 0 F) I am gonna head back out and see if i can get more using my new phone! Stay tuned here and on the socials for more pics coming soon!

Hey CFL Family! We hope you all are having an amazing day! I just wanted to take a moment and let everyone know we have been feeling under the weather since the new year.
So this week's video will be the new channel trailer I did back in November that I never got around to posting! lol So yes it is very short. We hope to be feeling better by next week so we can get back to our regular schedule.
