If you're wondering where Lucky has been for the past few videos... well, here he is!!
He is sitting on his favourite blanket (in Photo 2 ➡️) to remind him of home.
He is currently staying in a LUXURY Cat Hotel whilst his human travels to visit family over Christmas (my more camera-shy cats Leroy and Lisa are there too).
Rest assured, Lucky will return to videos in January... if he feels like sitting still, that is!
OTHER NEWS:
1) I am working on a video about the Brat Community and the problems it is sadly facing. I will add my own story, whilst building on the views of
@TheCartoonMovementYT
and
@vpawesome
who have released brilliant videos about this topic. I have some WILD info to share!! This video will release after Xmas and is a work in progress, since it is such a personal video.
2) The "Plagiarism Saga" continues- two channels that are far larger than my own have been copying my videos and other smaller creators' videos, too. As you can see from my "Exposing Streamed as a Plagiarist" video, these exposes take a lot of meticulous research to put together. Indeed, the nature of the accusation is so strong, that you simply have to be 100% certain. Kindly expect these in late January or February as the compilation of evidence continues!
3) The 'Be Amazed' video I did has lots of people commenting that I should watch their video called "Is Be Amazed AI"... I did watch it! I literally start discussing it two and a half minutes into my video... So I think lots of the comments made were based on my thumbnail and title, so I'll restate my views here:
Be Amazed made a strong video in response to fans' anger about their AI animation usage, they also have an amazing legacy (a decade of vids on YT!)... but I think we have to judge them based on their current output, not on their response video, nor their previous good work.
I completely get people cutting the channel lots of slack, but the proof will indeed be in the pudding- that is, the future videos. I remain a Be Amazed fan and, if they use AI in a limited manner (like they promised they will) and instead use human beings for writing humour and crating handmade drawings, then that sounds like a good use of the tool. No issues from me!
Overall, I have perhaps been focusing on AI a little too much- I hold my hands up there! "When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail", as they say...
Having said that, I think that when you have channels that have been around for soo long (your AumSums, your Meet Arnolds) that appear to be delegating the entire creative process to AI, well, that's worth documenting! Or else they just get away with it and the sloppification of YouTube will continue.

The dust has settled on the recent plagiarism incident in our community. Massive thanks to Matt Neff (
@mattneff
) for raising awareness about what happened - he handled it brilliantly.
Bibis (
@bibis.theory
) has taken full accountability and apologised sincerely. They owned up without making excuses, which takes real maturity. Bibis is one of the best Horrid Henry creators out there, and I'm taking them at their word.
Now for something concerning...
I've noticed a pattern where another creator makes videos on the same topics as my successful ones - AumSum, Meet Arnold, Billy, and Bimo (even the Bimo clones one). They do their content in Spanish with no credit given by name, either in the video or in the description box.
What really caught my attention was when they copied one of my thumbnails but translated it into Spanish. I downloaded it as evidence before the entire video was deleted after I posted my plagiarism video about Streamed. Interesting timing.
I'm always happy when people are inspired by my content, but directly copying thumbnails crosses a line. Credit costs nothing, and proper attribution matters.
