Crazy how someone has a 5.1 GPA and a 35 ACT but don't get into their dream schools. Crazy how competitive college application process is.

this is brutal to watch. like she did everything right, she got amazing grades, great test scores, was involved in so many things. it's crazy that she got rejected by so many places.

Youre friend being supportive when you got rejected from USC is everythingggg. She understood how important it was for you to get accepted, and a friend like that is hard to find

A little tip for you guys in high school: grades aren't everything. You need extracurriculars that will set you apart. Something rare that will show personality and make you stand out.

This reminds me of my Ivy Day. Had gotten several rejections and was down to my last decision, which was from Cornell. At that point I was on my knees begging God for mercy. It turned out to be a waitlist but I ultimately got admitted. I wish you all the best and hope UPenn can admit you off the waitlist!
