For everyone's information, since radar didnt fill it in. Kate was attacked and was defending herself, but because the other woman had more marks on her, Kate was arrested. Radar also got it wrong as this happened in Florida not Australia. I'm guessing that this sucks for any victim to be victimized even more by being arrested then having it posted on u tube without an explanation. Kate, you were so gracious, just as you always are.
